She is an art historian and cultural manager, freelance curator who is interested in emerging technologies in contemporary art. Eszter is in KIBU from the beginning on different position from coordination assistant (2007-2008), program supervisor (2008-2009) till project supervisor of education and curating (2009-).

Live coding performance tomorrow night at 7 PM

27 May, 2010. Thursday night Live Coding Performance @ KIBU 7 PM!

Members of the performance generate music and visuals in real-time, utilizing live coding, which emphasises the expressive possibilities afforded by programming languages as a means for defining and manipulating computational processes.

Device Art workshop in KIBU!

On behalf of Japan Device Art event Barbara Sterk and Márton András Juhász making a workshop with Effect Effect - Circuit bending gadgets title! As they say:
"We are going to hack electronic children toys to generate sounds from their circuit board that are originally hidden. We create a big instrument from these gadgets and then play on it. Join us! "

KIBU Camp again!

KIBU CAMP is running from Tuesday till Friday night!
Our team are refreshing the "KIBU-soul" and make new energy for the place: we are sharing and teaching and working together in the whole day in KIBU and out of KIBU....

There are 4 teams (Binary, Vegetarian, Snail nail, Tram engineers) who organize 1 day where:
- we are making Morse signs-beans,
- listening lectures about Google wave, visibility future, art and technology
- playing in the city with local topics
- cook and make breakfast and lunches....
